The first two issues of Mathias were done by hand, on paper. I’ve never had the opportunity to play in a digital workspace until my family surprised me with a Wacom screen. It’s science fiction to me that I get to draw on a screen like I used to with paper. It may change the look a little- but overall- I’m enjoying getting used to this. I never could have done what I did below without wasting an incredible amount of time. I can now draw, erase and think in layers.
